HOW MUCH WILL MY PROJECT COST?

This is usually the first question I get and the hardest one to answer! I do detailed estimates based on site visits for all serious projects. I do not price by the square foot. With any renovation there can be hidden costs depending on what we uncover like mold, asbestos, rot, etc. Every project is unique and the cost depends on the scope of the job, material costs, and labour costs.

WHAT ARE YOUR TIMELINES?

Again, this one depends on the scope of the project and material availability. Larger projects require more notice and longer booking period. I usually book 30-90 days out, but get in touch and I will let you know when we can start your project!

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, cheque, or e-transfer due upon receipt of invoice.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER CONTACTING YOU?

I try to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. As long as the scope of your project is within my realm of carpentry/construction I will setup a site visit to meet you and see what we're going to build. From there I usually gather more information (material costs, sub-trades required, etc.) and form an estimate. Once you agree to the estimate we schedule your project to start!
